  • Delegates: A registration fee of $150 USD applies, providing full access to the conference sessions, free coffee breaks, lunch, and an exclusive gala dinner. Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in this fee. 
  • Invited Members (including Committee Members, Panelists, and the Jury): Registration is complimentary and includes full access to conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and the gala dinner. Additionally, hotel accommodation will be covered by the conference organizers. 
  • Organ Transplant Center Staff and Saudi University Medical Students: Registration is complimentary, including access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and the gala dinner. Hotel accommodation is not included.
