Next steps
- The manuscripts and/or presentations for the 14 individual Panels will be provided to the Jury by Wednesday, 11 December 2024. This is to facilitate advance preparation for the content of the consensus conference, although it is not mandatory.
- At the end, the Jury will contribute to the reformulation of recommendations where necessary based on discussions, live voting, and evidence presented.
- On the first day of the conference (Thursday, 12 December 2024, InterContinental Hotel, King Faisal Conference Hall), we will host live surgical demonstrations of kidney and liver transplant procedures. While the Jury presence is greatly appreciated, their active participation as jury members will not be required on this day.
- The second and third days of the conference (13-14 December 2024) constitute the actual consensus conference (see program). The Jury active participation throughout all sessions will be required.
- The Jury Meeting to finalise all recommendations will take place at the Al Opal Room, InterContinental Hotel Riyadh on Sunday, 15 December 2024, between 10:00 and 13:30.
- The outcomes of these discussions will form a manuscript to be submitted to a prominent journal.
