Registration Fees and Inclusions
- Delegates: A registration fee of $150 USD applies, providing full access to the conference sessions, free coffee breaks, lunch, and an exclusive gala dinner. Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in this fee. Registration fees can be paid at the registration desk of the conference at the days of the meeting by a bank card or you may email us to provide you with an invoice and the bank details for wired transfers.
- Invited Members (including Committee Members, Panelists, and the Jury): Registration is complimentary and includes full access to conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and the gala dinner. Additionally, hotel accommodation will be covered by the conference organizers.
- Organ Transplant Center of Excellence (OTCoE) Staff and Saudi University Medical Students: Registration is complimentary, including access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and the gala dinner. Hotel accommodation is not included.
